Darien’s favorite part of the job is YOU, the customers. He appreciates that we take extra care of the plants when we clean roofs too. In is spare time he likes boating with his family

Evan loves seeing a property transform! He finds the Before & Afters of pressure washing to be very satisfying. He appreciates that Will & Missy support building relationships with clients. In his spare time, Evan works on race cars with his Dad and some of the other members of the Crew!

Justin loves the feeling of a job well done. He appreciates that Hoover trains him to pay attention to small details, always leaving the property in better condition than when he arrived. In is spare time, Justin enjoys fishing and drag racing, but not really at the same time.

Alex loves the family atmosphere at Hoover. They take care of each other and feel like Will & Missy care about the team and fight for them. Alex likes boating and crafting/welding, he appreciates how Will is always willing to share skills outside of pressure cleaning too!

Cathie takes pride working for a company that cares so much for the properties and people of this business. What sets Hoover apart in Cathie’s eyes is their unique approach to roof cleaning with focus on thorough training and safety. In her down time, she enjoys sewing!
